 nutzen lassen\, müssen die Vorgaben der Betriebssicherheitsverordnung (B
 etrSichV) und der TRBS\, insbesondere TRBS 2121\, erfüllen.\nSeit 2019 i
 st eine Inaugenscheinnahme und ggf. Funktionskontrolle durch den Gerüstn
 utzer vorgeschrieben (§ 4 Abs. 5 BetrSichV). Der Arbeitgeber hat dafür 
 eine qualifizierte Person zu beauftragen.\nAls qualifiziert gelten Persone
 n mit abgeschlossener Berufsausbildung im Bau- oder Montagegewerbe oder mi
 t einschlägiger Berufserfahrung und entsprechender Schulung.\nDas Seminar
  richtet sich an Unternehmer*innen\, Meister*innen\, Projekt- oder Bauleit
 er*innen\, Monteure usw. aus Betrieben\, die Gerüste benutzen lassen und
  diese vor der Benutzung durch Inaugenscheinnahme und Funktionskontrolle a
